Runners above 50: Why running ?

 Often beginners think logistically, its simple, you need a pair of shoes, get out of the apartment and run, yes its very simple. Sometimes physically it can be challenging more than any other sport. Being outside is brain food, running along with nature is a nice rhythm by itself. There are physical hurdles to overcome when the body has cramps or soreness, but resisting the urge to quit a run, or not run is challenging. When you push through these road blocks it makes other areas of life much easier to handle.

Running is intense repetitive motion will make your heart and lungs much stronger. However running well has to do with knowing the result you will get from a particular effort. Cadence and stride with proper diet help us to move on growth curve. Running is the best cardio exercise. I met a seriously over weight person she felt like a Rock Star after her 5 kms run. She also has plans to reduce her weight in couple of months down the line.

Most of the times running clears off our mind much more effectively than standing in gym or Yoga Studios from all the distractions Running is self reliant and self sustainable many times running is dependent on several factors like food, weather, track, energy bars, gels, shoes etc.Running is powered by all the free resources available in the universe. This is the only time you will be with yourself.

After 50 years of age, running is one of the best companion when you are alone. Be kind and appreciative to yourself. Like you appreciate your good friend, ups and downs will be there like minor injuries will be there, that don't matter be good to yourself.

2nd October 2017 #nanonanju #gandhijayanthi

Every october 2nd reminds me my school days to eat chocolates that was distributed in school after remembering #Mahatma on his birthday, neatly dressed and a obedient student doing or speaking as teachers taught us.

Got up at 3.30 am morning as I could not sleep the whole night as mind was engaged in unnecessary things after which i tried to sleep for a while and could not so finally decided to go out for a small run. I started running at 5.09 and completed a 13.6 kms run at a pace of 5. 52/km came back home at 7.00 did all the routine and came to store at 10.15

Unable to decide on construction or FD because there is a lot of difference in the price between two parties

1st October 2017 #nanonanju #rallyforrivers

Had a good sleep from 12.30 till the alarm rang at 4.30 snoozed it and alarm buzzed again after 10 mins this time not snoozed instead stop it, commitment to run collapsed at the out set of course 16th October 2017 is the event date of Bangalore Marathon from #sriramproperties where in i am running a #halfmarathon my target to this marathon is 1.50. I should be able to do it if I would have trained this week.

This entire week was hectic(bcoz could not run) in my retail store hoping a good business for #vijayadashami even that did not happen.

finally got up at 7.45 did all the daily routines and finally came to work at 11.00 hoping for a the best during the day.

Isha foundation founded by Sadguru is backing #rallyforrivers and its canvased door to door a nice gentlemen came to me and asked to give missed call to 80009 80009 which I had already done and he was quiet happy. I should have asked some more questions regarding this but not intersted to waste the time of the person who is backing a noble cause.

Tried to sleep at 5.00 pm but unable to do so completely tired exhausted just sitting idle I wish to exercise read meditate and catch up a hobby from tomorrow along with 100 days of running and left hand writing.

Windup the day with a cheer as expected today business was good, in-spite of rain  went home with a wonderful smile however could not sleep the entire night properly

Running, Running, Running is an amazing exercise or event or aerobic activity can improve physically mentally spiritually in billion ways. So, nano is "one billionth" when we run and we make running a habit every billionth part of our body gets activated.

Every nano particle in our body has to work in proper focused coordination to get best results.
